Siyu Chen, age 10, is a student at Haikou Middle School Primary Division. She is talented in taekwondo and drawing, and has been studying piano for six years under the guidance of He Chenfang, a UK-based pianist and Secretary-General of the Haikou Music Exchange Association. Siyu gave her first public performance at the age of five.
She has received numerous awards, including First Prize (2nd place overall) in Group D – Foreign Works at the 2025 Shenzhen International Competition for the Youth National Finals, First Prize in the Children’s Group B of the 2024 Qingyin Award Music Showcase, the Gold Prize in the Non-Professional Group B of the 2023 6th International F. Liszt Piano Competition (China Finals), and the Special Prize in the Children’s Group B of the 2022 Schimmel China Youth Piano Competition (Haikou Division).
