Yueyang He
At just 11 years old, He Yueyang is already making waves in the world of piano. Currently studying at Jintang Branch School of Sichuan Chengdu Normal University Affiliated Elementary School, he began his musical journey at the age of seven under the tutelage of Teacher Zhao Jian at Jintang. In September 2021, he continued his piano studies with Professor Fan Hong from the Piano Department of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, where he has been honing his skills ever since.
He has amassed an impressive array of awards, including first prize at the 19th Xinghai Cup Sichuan Regional and National Elite Competition, first prize at the 30th Chopin International Youth Piano Competition Sichuan Regional, first prize at the 9th Weimar International Piano Competition Sichuan Regional, National, and Asia-Pacific Regional, first prize at the Singapore International Piano Competition Sichuan Regional, first prize at the 2023 Schumann International Youth Piano Competition Chengdu Regional, and sixth place in the China Finals, and first prize at the 2024 Beethoven Memorial Award International Piano Art Festival Chengdu Regional and China Finals. With his dedication and talent, He Yueyang is poised to achieve even greater heights in his musical journey.
